In 2023 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, the total percentage of voters in Devsar Assembly Constituency was recorded at 79.57 percent.
In 2023, Rajendra Meshram of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat by defeating Bansmani Prasad Verma of the Indian National Congress with a margin of 22454 votes.
Devsar Assembly constituency falls under the Sidhi Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Riti Pathak won from Sidhi Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 286524 votes by defeating Ajay Arjun Singh of the Indian National Congress.
