In 2023 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, the total percentage of voters in Dewas Assembly Constituency was recorded at 74.67 percent.
In 2023, Smt. Gayatriraje Panwar of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat by defeating Pradeep Chaudhary of the Indian National Congress with a margin of 26956 votes.
Dewas Assembly constituency falls under the Dewas Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Mahendra Singh Solanky won from Dewas Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 372249 votes by defeating Prahlad Singh Tipanya of the Indian National Congress.
