After completing his graduation in Bachelor of Arts from Osmania University, he moved to London for higher studies. He studied Bachelor of Laws and Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln's Inn of London and became an advocate. His nickname is Naqeeb-e-Millat, Qaid, commonly known as Asad Bhai.
His politics primarily centered around minorities like Muslims and Dalits. Owaisi has been in controversies and news due to his politics and because of his speeches.
