Asaduddin Owaisi is the President of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM). He is a Member of Parliament from Hyderabad Loksabha constituency. After completing his graduation in Bachelor of Arts from Osmania University, he moved to London for higher studies. He studied Bachelor of Laws and Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln's Inn of London and became an advocate. His nickname is Naqeeb-e-Millat, Qaid, commonly known as Asad Bhai.
His politics primarily centered around minorities like Muslims and Dalits. Owaisi has been in controversies and news due to his politics and because of his speeches. Also, Owaisi is the Chairman of Hyderabad-based Owaisi Hospital and Research Centre. The hospital provides Medical care at affordable charges. It originated during the era of Owaisi's grandfather. If you talk about his ideology, he always supports reservations for backward Muslims in government jobs and education institutes. He always says that he is against Hindutva ideology but not against Hindus.
