Sikta is an assembly constituency in Bihar. In 2020, this constituency was won by the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Liberation).Sikta comes under Paschim Champaran district of Bihar State.
In 2020, Birendra Prasad Gupta of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Liberation) won the seat by defeating Dilip Varma an Independent with a margin of 2302 votes.
Sikta Assembly constituency falls under the Valmiki Nagar Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Janata Dal (United) candidate Baidyanath Prasad Mahto won from Valmiki Nagar Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 354616 votes by defeating Shashwat Kedar of the Indian National Congress.
