Sarukhetri Assembly Election Results 2021

Sarukhetri is an assembly constituency in Assam. Sarukhetri comes under Meerut district of Assam State. Jakir Hussain Sikdar (INC), Kalpana Patowary (AGP) are key candidates contested from Sarukhetri constituency in the 2021 Assam Assembly elections along with many other independent candidates.
In 2021, Jakir Hussain Sikdar of the Indian National Congress won the seat by defeating Kalpana Patowary of the Asom Gana Parishad with a margin of 29541 votes.
Sarukhetri Assembly constituency falls under the Barpeta Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Indian National Congress candidate Abdul Khaleque won from Barpeta Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 140307 votes by defeating Kumar Deepak Das of the Asom Gana Parishad.
