Goalpara East Assembly Election Results 2021

Goalpara East is an assembly constituency in Assam. Goalpara East comes under Rampur district of Assam State. Abdul Kalam Rashid Alam (INC), Jyotish Das (AGP) are key candidates contested from Goalpara East constituency in the 2021 Assam Assembly elections along with many other independent candidates.
In 2021, Abdul Kalam Rashid Alam of the Indian National Congress won the seat by defeating Jyotish Das of the Asom Gana Parishad with a margin of 45248 votes.
Goalpara East Assembly constituency falls under the Dhubri Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, All India United Democratic Front candidate Badruddin Ajmal won from Dhubri Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 226258 votes by defeating Abu Taher Bepari of the Indian National Congress.
