Chizami is an assembly constituency in Nagaland. In 2023, this constituency was won by the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party.
In 2023, K. G. Kenye of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party won the seat by defeating Kevechutso Doulo of the Lok Janshakti Patry (Ram Vilas) with a margin of 1279 votes.
Chizami Assembly constituency falls under the Nagaland Lok sabha constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party candidate Tokheho Yepthomi won from Nagaland Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 16344 votes by defeating K L Chishi of the Indian National Congress.
