Shakti‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Singh Yadav is a seasoned politician of the Nalanda district of Bihar. He has been a member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) for quite a long time. He has only passed the Intermediate examination and is engaged in Agriculture and Social Work. He has represented the Hilsa constituency as an MLA and is serving as the Party Spokesperson.

Shakti‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Singh Yadav, born on 1st January 1973 in Hilsa, Nalanda district of Bihar, comes from a farming family background. He did his intermediate from N.J.S. College, Bakhtiyarpur, in 1992, and thereafter took the route of social work to enter public service. Eventually, he was completely immersed in local politics and became a RJD loyalist, focusing on rural development, youth, and direct contact with voters in his area.

He was elected Locational MLA from Hilsa constituency on the RJD ticket in 2015. During his time in the office, his focus area was people's grievances, especially those related to infrastructure and administration in his region. In the 2020 elections, he again stood for election (losing by a small margin) and has been actively conducting political rallies and performing party functions, such as being a spokesperson, since then. As of 2025, he is still a district's persistent voice, which he uses to influence party and local talks through his grassroots ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌base.
