Proutist Bloc, India election symbol is not permanently reserved by the Election Commission of India. The party is registered but unrecognised. Under the Election Symbols Order, unrecognised parties receive a free symbol each election. The symbol can change by constituency and year. This framework shapes the partys political identity on ballots nationwide.

In June 2024, ECI listed a Proutist Bloc, India candidate in Kanpur. In February 2025, results showed a PBI candidate in Najafgarh, Delhi. Alliances can allow candidates to use an allys reserved symbol with authorisation. The allocated icon depends on returning officer decisions and available free symbols.
