Surendra Prasad Yadav serves as leader of Rashtriya Janta Dal. He has been elected seven times as a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly representing Belaganj, Gaya constituency since 1990. He also served as a Member of 12th Lok Sabha from Jehanabad Parliamentary Constituency. However, he got to know Lalu Prasad Yadav while the politician was a member of Lok Dal Party during 1981. In 1990, Yadav won the Bihar Legislative Assembly election from Belaganj Constituency. However, Politician Surendra Prasad Yadav was born on 2nd January, 1959 to a farmer family in Gaya, Bihar. Later he completed his post graduation from Magadh University in 1992.
