Ramvriksh Sada was born around 1975 in Raun village, Alauli block, Khagaria, Bihar. He is a Mushahar, the most downtrodden one among the oppressed in society. To make ends meet for his large family, he worked as a laborer in a brick kiln. Although he had a very humble background and limited formal education (up to Matric level), his grit and devotion to social service eventually got noticed by the locals.
He became a member of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in the early 2000s and started contesting elections from Alauli constituency. After losing in 2000 and 2005, he tasted success at the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, which marked his astounding ascent from homelessness to political representation. A video of him shedding tears while receiving his first government allotment house went viral in 2022, thus representing the distress of many grassroots leaders in Bihar who have been neglected for so long.
In November 2025, Ramvriksha Sada ran for the Alauli Assembly seat on a Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) ticket, but did not win.
