K.K.S.S.R. Ramachandran

K. K. S. S. R. Ramachandran hails from Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu, and has been associated with the DMK and the Dravidian movement since his early political career. He advanced through the party organization by performing his job duties while he remained active in political activities throughout his electoral district.

He entered the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly in 1996 after being elected from the Aruppukkottai constituency. He secured victories in both the 2001 and 2006 elections, which established his status as a reliable and knowledgeable DMK member of the legislature.

The DMK government started its operations in 2006 when Ramachandran joined the state cabinet as a minister who managed his first executive duties through his responsibilities for commercial tax and finance management.
