Sanjay Raut, born on November 15, 1961, to Rajaram Raut and Savita Rajaram Raut in Alibagh, Raigarh district of Maharashtra, is an Indian politician and a prominent member of the Shiv Sena Party.
Renowned for his contributions, he currently serves as the executive editor of the Marathi newspaper Saamana, published by Uddhav Thackeray, the leader of the Shiv Sena party.
Additionally, Raut holds the position of Member of Parliament, representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha.
Since 1980, he has demonstrated his prowess as a skilled correspondent and editor, penning numerous articles and editorials on a wide array of social issues.

Sanjay Raut, is the MP of Shiv Sena party, today joined Rahul Gandhi's ongoing march Bharat Jodo Yatra in Kashmir.
Where Raut also stated that as opponent only Gandhi can challenge the Prime Minister ahead of 2024 elections.
