Dr. DNV Senthilkumar S.

S. Senthilkumar is a political leader from Tamil Nadu associated with the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. Born on 22 June 1977, he comes from a politically aware background and pursued a professional career in medicine, completing his MBBS from Annamalai University and later earning an MD from Sri Ramachandra University, before transitioning into active politics.

He joined the party at a relatively early stage and developed his political base through organisational involvement and public engagement. In January 2021, he was appointed as Joint Secretary of the party’s NRI Welfare Wing, reflecting his growing role within the party structure and outreach initiatives.

He was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Dharmapuri constituency in 2019, marking his entry into national politics. In that election, he defeated senior leader Anbumani Ramadoss by a significant margin, establishing himself as a prominent political figure in the region.

During his tenure, he participated in parliamentary proceedings and raised issues related to governance, development, and constituency concerns, while continuing engagement with party activities and public outreach in Tamil Nadu.

As of March 2026, he is contesting the Tamil Nadu Assembly election from the Palacodu constituency, continuing his active engagement in state politics and public affairs.
