Manipur Democratic Peoples's Front

Manipur Democratic People's Front election symbol is not reserved by the Election Commission of India. The party is registered but unrecognised in Manipur; candidates receive a free symbol each election. CEO Manipur records its registration; no documented Manipur Democratic People's Front flag exists in ECI sources.

As a registered unrecognised party, MDPF (party abbreviation) may seek onetime common symbol under Paragraph 10B. The request applies only if it fields the minimum required candidates. Otherwise, each nominee selects from available free symbols. Such allotments do not constitute a permanent party logo or enduring political identity.

When MDPF candidates contest on another partys ticket, they use that partys symbol. Returning Officers allot symbols accordingly. The Election Commission of India treats such symbols as candidatespecific, not MDPF property. Alliance agreements should specify symbol use and seat-sharing in formal letters to ECI. This avoids confusion for voters and administrators.

Public records show no officially recognized flag for MDPF; any campaign flags are local and unofficial.
