Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party (Jammu &) Flag

Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party election symbol is the Bicycle, reserved in JK. The Election Commission of India recognizes this for the partys candidates. SP also uses Bicycle in Uttar Pradesh. JKNPPs political identity remains distinct where both parties do not contest together. Otherwise, a free symbol is allotted in those constituencies, preventing confusion.

On March 20, 2024, the Election Commission of India froze JKNPPs name and Bicycle. Factional dispute prompted the interim restriction. The order restrained all groups from using the reserved symbol and party name. It directed groups to seek temporary arrangements for elections.

JKNPP: Symbol changes and flag status

Following the freeze, ECI allotted the symbol Table to Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (Bhim). The allocation applied for the 2024 parliamentary polls in the Union Territory. The Commission treated that group as a state recognized party. This was an interim measure pending final adjudication.

ECI regulates symbols for ballots; it does not notify party flags. No Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party flag is recorded in ECI notifications. Any organizational flag is outside ballot regulation. Voters identify the Party Logo on ballots through the allotted symbol, under the Symbols Order.
