Manju Hooda was born on 10 March 1972 in Jind district. She pursued her education in Haryana and later became involved in social and political activities in the region. Her engagement in public affairs gradually led to participation in electoral politics.
Hooda entered active politics through association with the Bharatiya Janata Party, one of India’s major national political parties. Through organisational activities and constituency outreach, she built her political presence in the Julana region of Jind district.
