Ritu Khanduri Bhushan was born on 29 January 1965. She is daughter of former Chief Minister Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri. She completed her Graduation from Raghunath Girls College, Meerut University, Uttar Pradesh and Post Graduation from Rajasthan University. She got married to Manish Khanduri. He is an IAS officer and was appointed as the Union Health Secretary of India in 2022. They have 2 Children together.
