Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya is a social-cultural activist and politician. His qualification is Diploma Civil Engineer. He is an agriculturist by profession. He served as Higher Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh during Shivraj Singh Chauhan's government. He became the second president of Bajrang Dal after Vinay Katiyar. Prior to this, he was a full-time preacher of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He previously served as Vice President of state 20 Point Programme Implement committee (Minister Status). He actively involved in 2002 Ramjanmabhoomi campaign when all BJP leaders were disassociating themselves from the VHP. He defied all party and government orders and went to Ayodhya in March 2002.
