Dibyendu Adhikari Biography

Dibyendu Adhikari a relative novice to the realm of politics until he won the assembly elections with an AITC ticket by defeating Uttam Pradhan of CPI. He is a businessman from Bengal who deals as a general order supplier and transporter. He contested from the Tamluk parliamentary constituency to fill the void left by the resignation of incumbent MP Suvendu Adhikari. He won the 2016 by-polls and is serving as the MP of Tamluk constituency in West Bengal. He has been re-elected to Lok Sabha from the same in 2019 as a member of TMC.
