Alpesh Thakor's birth date was 14 February 1981, and place was Gujarat. Phasing out to big public involvement in the role of town organizer and social activist, he rapped at the very beginning, the government of the state up to the poorest and down to people often forgotten, by showing them how to engage and use their voices, photographing and bringing attention to, sitting and marching the streets with them.
2017 saw Alpesh step into normal electoral politics when he applied for the post of the Gujarat Assembly representative for Vijapur on the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) ticket. He was successful in this and entered the Gujarat Legislative Assembly as a newcomer. The Ministry was where his appointment came in, and he was in charge of the areas of Labour and Employment, Tourism and Culture, and Social Welfare. His ministerial role was the embodiment of his grassroots connect and employment plus community development initiatives were his focus.
Afterward, due to the internal party political developments, Thakor transferred to the INC (Indian National Congress) party in 2019-2020, and he mainstreamed his party through differences with the BJP leadership and his greater adventure into socio-political matters. He was not only running for office as a congressional candidate but also doing electoral and organizational activities in his follow-up elections.
Alpesh Thakor has been constantly present in the community, youth, and legislative issues throughout his political career. His path from social activism to state politics mirrors his constant power in Gujarat's political and civic matters.
As of 2025, Alpesh Thakor is still an active politician in Gujarat, taking part in the party's political activities, preparing for elections, and interacting with the public.
