Goa Forward Party

Goa Forward Party election symbol is the Election Commission of Indiareserved coconut. It was allotted on October 1, 2016 under Paragraph 10B. Provision comes from the Election Symbols Order. After the 2017 results, ECI recognised GFP as a State Party in Goa. That ensures exclusive reservation of the coconut symbol statewide. The emblem appears on ballots and materials as the party logo and political identity, consistent with ECI rules governing symbol allocation.

During the 2017 Goa Assembly election, GFP contested four seats. It later supported the BJP to form the government. In 2021, Goa Forward Party and Congress announced a pre-poll alliance for 2022.
