Vinay Kulkarni Biography

Primarily an Agriculturist, Vinay Kulkarni recently won the 2023 Assembly elections, being the representative of the Dharwad constituency. Before that, he served as MLA from the same constituency as a candidate of the INC party. But then, he had to face two losses, during the Lok Sabha election in 2014 and the assembly election in 2018. He was then inducted into Siddharamiah’s cabinet as Minister of Mines in 2016. He also contested the 2019 polls from Dharwad constituency.
