Vijaykumar Ramniklal Rupani Biography

Vijay Ramniklal Rupani is a former Chief Minister of Gujarat. He also serves as MLA from Rajkot West as a candidate of BJP. Rupani was born on 2nd Aug, 1956 to Mayaben and Ramniklal Rupani, in Yangon, Myanmar to a Jain Bania family. He completed his B.A degree from Dharmendrasinhji Arts College and LLB from Saurashtra University. Rupani is married to Anjali, who is also a member of the BJP women's wing. They have a son and a daughter named Rushabh and Radhika. Unfortunately, the couple lost their youngest son Pujit in an accident and then started the Pujit Rupani Memorial Trust for charity.
