Vijay Kumar Dubey Biography

Vijay Kumar Dubey was born to Hari Prasad Debey in Mathiya Bujurg of Kushi Nagar district on 20th of June 1960.

In 2010, Dubey decided to leave BJP and join Congress. Subsequently, he also won the MLA elections from Khadda Assembly in 2012. But he again returned to BJP in 2016 and became a member of Parliament from Kushinagar constituency in 2019.

The ruling party has again nominated him to contest election from the same consituency in the upcoming 2024 general elections.

He used to play cricket at the School level in Uttar Pradesh

He married Ranjana Dubey and was blessed with two children with her. His spouse Ranjana Dubey served as the Block Pramukh of Khadda from 2010 to 2015.
