Sunil Kumar Soni Biography

Sunil Kumar Soni was born to Kanwar Lal Ji Soni and Rukmani Devi Soni in Raipur on 28th November 1961. He married Tara Devi Soni in 1983 and was blessed with two children with her.
He was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha from the Raipur constituency in Chhattisgarh as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate in the 2019 general elections.
He serves as a Member of the Consultative Committee at the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, alongside a Member of the Joint Committee on Salaries and Allowances of Members of Parliament and as a Member of the Standing Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs.
