Sanjeev Arora Biography

Sanjeev Arora is an Indian businessman and politician from the Aam Aadmi Party who is a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian parliament. No opposition candidate opposed his election. His term in the Rajya Sabha as a member from Punjab started in April 2022.
He has been a secretary at the Sutlej Club in Ludhiana for two consecutive terms.
He has founded the Krishna Pran Breast Cancer Charitable Trust which has provided free treatment to over 160 cancer patients so far. Patients supported by the Trust receive ongoing treatment for as long as needed.
He is actively involved as a member of the Governing Board at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, and other social organisations, as well as the Ved Mandir Trust in Daresi, Ludhiana.
Previously, he served as a member of the Apex Council of the Punjab Cricket Association.
was born to Pran Arora and Krishna Arora in Ludhiana on 18th September 1963. He married Sandhya Arora in 1986 and was blessed with two children with her. His interest lies in philanthropy, travelling, and sports.
