Rakhi‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Birla's birthday was on June 10, 1987. She was born in Delhi, the youngest of four daughters to Sheila and Bhupendra Singh Bidhlan. After her undergraduate studies, she went on to get a Master's degree in Mass Communication and then worked for a short time in a private television channel before she ventured into politics.
