Ram Swaroop Sharma Biography

Ram Swaroop Sharma was born on 10 June 1958. He was a politician from Jogindernagar in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India. He belonged to Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and was an organising secretary of Mandi district BJP and later of the state BJP of HP. He had also served as a Vice Chairman of the H P State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation.He was an active member of RSS.

The BJP MP from Mandi of Himachal Pradesh was not keeping well for quite a while and had fallen into depression due to prolonged illness. On 17 March 2021, he allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself inside his room at his Delhi residence.
