Parvesh Sahib Singh, also known as Parvesh Verma, is an MLA from the New Delhi Assembly Constituency. He is a former Member of Parliament (16th & 17th Lok Sabha) from West Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency, ex-MLA from Mehrauli Constituency, and former General Secretary of Delhi State BJP. Currently, he serves as the Chief Patron of Rashtriya Swabhiman.

Parvesh Sahib Singh Biography

Parvesh Sahib Singh was born on 7 November 1977 in Delhi to Dr. Sahib Singh Verma and Sahib Kaur. He completed his B.Com and M.B.A. (International Business) from Kirori Mal College (University of Delhi) and FORE School of Management, Delhi.

He has a keen interest in social activities. In his free time, he enjoys watching history programmes on television, meeting old friends, exercising, and playing sports. He has played lawn tennis, table tennis, football, and volleyball at the school and college level.

Parvesh Sahib Singh is actively involved in social and cultural work. He runs three NGOs – Rashtriya Swabhiman, Gramin Swabhiman, and Rashtriya Muslim Swabhiman. He has helped rehabilitate two villages in Gujarat after the 2000 earthquake and four villages in Odisha after a cyclone. He has also honoured the families of 260 Kargil War martyrs by giving Rs 1 lakh to each family. His other initiatives include supporting poor girls’ marriages, promoting literacy programmes, and organising sports events.

He married Swati Singh on 13 May 2002, and they have one son and two daughters. His net worth is Rs 115.63 crore.

2025: He defeated the former Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, in the New Delhi Assembly Constituency by a margin of 4,089 votes. He is inducted into the Delhi Cabinet.
2021: He was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee on Communications and Information Technology.
2020: The BJP once again backed him, nominating him from the Vishwas Nagar constituency. He faced a tough contest against AAP’s Deepak Singla and Congress’ Gurcharan Singh Raju. Ultimately, he triumphed with a commanding 65,830 votes.
2019: He was re-elected to the 17th Lok Sabha for his second term. On 24 July 2019, he became a member of the Committee on Estimates.
