Pankaj Kumar Singh was born on 6 November 1977. He lives in Buxar, Bihar, and has recently become an MLA for the first time. Before his election as an MLA, Pankaj served as a councillor. He is the son of the late Raj Mohan Singh, who was a former Additional Commissioner in the MCD. Pankaj is married to Rashmi Kumari, who is a dentist, and they have two daughters named Bhavya Singh and Pragyata Singh.
