Kusum Singh Mahdele (born 15 August 1943) is an Indian politician who represents Madhya Pradesh and is a prominent member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She has been elected several times to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, being the Panna constituency's winner in the 1998 and 2013 elections.

Mahdele was a Cabinet Minister and in charge of Public Health Engineering and Jail departments in the Madhya Pradesh government. Besides, she has also been in control of the party's important positions.

Kusum Singh Mahdele’s birthday is on the 15th of August in the year 1943. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees, and she practiced as an attorney before going into politics full-time. The first part of her public service career was marked by her openness and availability to the community and party activities.

Mahdele has been a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for a long time and has been active in organisational matters and campaigning, especially in Panna, her constituency. She has performed both the legislative and the party organisational roles.

She was the BJP candidate who won the election in 1998 from Panna, then again in 2013, and thus, she held a seat in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly while her party was in the majority. She was always concerned with good governance and the development of her constituency during her periods of office.
