Kimmane Rathnakar Biography

Kimmane Rathnakar is the former Minister of Primary and Secondary Education & Sakala of Karnataka from 2013 to 2016. He also won the Karnataka legislative assembly election twice being the representative of Thirthahalli constituency in 2008 and 2013, respectively. During 2018 and 2023 assembly elections, he was defeated by BJP candidate Araga Jnanendra back-to-back twice.
