Kaushal Kishore, born on January 25th, 1960, in Begria, is a prominent Indian political figure serving as a Member of Parliament in Lok Sabha, representing the Mohanlalganj constituency of Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, he holds the position of Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs.

Prior to his national roles, Kishore served as an MLA from the Malihabad constituency in 2002 and held the position of Minister of State in Mulayam Singh's government from 2002 to 2003.

He is renowned as the national president of Parakh Mahasangh and serves as the State President of the party's SC wing. Kishore's influence extends beyond political realms; he is recognised nationwide for his activism in championing social justice causes. Notably, he initiated the national de-addiction campaign, conducting numerous welfare camps under the 'Nasha Mukt Samaj-Abhiyan Kaushal' to aid individuals affected by various forms of substance addiction.
