Dinesh Lal Yadav Alias Nirahua

Dinesh Lal Yadav aka Nirahua, born on February 2, 1979, in Tandwa, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, spent his childhood in Belghoria, Kolkata, where his father, Late Kumar Yadav, managed a household with limited resources. Despite financial constraints, Nirahua pursued his education.

Recognised as an actor, singer, producer, and politician, Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua has achieved five box office successes in 2015. He owns the production house Nirahua Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

He ventured into the world of Bhojpuri music alongside his cousin Birha Samrat Vijay Lal Yadav and Pyare Lal Yadav. In 2004, his debut music album, "Nirahua Satal Rahe," was released, marking his entry into the Bhojpuri entertainment industry.

In 2008, he made his acting debut with the Bhojpuri film "Nirahua Rickshawala," which became a significant success. Subsequently, he has contributed to several super hit movies, including "Patna Se Pakistan" (2015), "Border" (2018), and "Nirahua Chalal London" (2019), establishing himself as a prominent figure in the Bhojpuri entertainment industry and political arena.

Nirahua also appeared in the sixth season of the reality show "Bigg Boss" in 2012.

He made his political debut by joining the Bharatiya Janta Party on March 27, 2019. Although he contested the 2019 MP election from Azamgarh constituency and lost to Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, he emerged victorious in the 2022 bye-election held due to Akhilesh's resignation.

As the BJP's nominee, he is set to contest from the same seat in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
