Arjun Ram Meghwal, a multifaceted Indian politician, was born on December 20, 1953, in Kishmidesar, nestled within the Thar Desert of Bikaner. His journey traverses through various roles including an IAS officer, social worker, farmer, educationist, and now, a prominent figure in Indian politics.

After a distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service, Meghwal transitioned into politics, driven by a desire to contribute to the betterment of society. He holds a degree in Law and post-graduation in Arts, complementing his administrative acumen.

Meghwal's political career soared as he secured victories in consecutive Lok Sabha elections, representing the Bikaner constituency. His commitment to public service is evident through his initiatives aimed at the development of Rajasthan, particularly in advocating for the recognition of the Rajasthani language and promoting cultural heritage.

As the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Law & Justice, Parliamentary Affairs and Culture, Meghwal continues to champion initiatives that enrich India's diverse cultural tapestry.
