Anand Singh Biography

Anand Prithviraj Singh is the current Minister of Tourism, Ecology and Environment of Karnataka since 4 August 2021. He is an MLA from Vijayanagara constituency since 16 May 2018. Previously, he was inducted as the Minister of Infrastructure development, Hajj & Waqf Department of Karnataka from 10 February 2021 to 26 July 2021. He was also the tourism minister in Karnataka and for the fourth time he got elected as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. Subsequently, Singh switched to the Bharatiya Janata Party and contested the by-elections. Apart from this, Mr. Singh is considered as the powerful leader of the state Karnataka, who is also involved in mining business. On the personal front, he was born on 3rd October 1966 to B S Prithviraj Singh in Hosapete, Karnataka.
