Darshan Singh Chaudhary was born into a farmer family to Narayan Singh Chaudhary in the village of Chandaun, district-Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh on 14 October 1975.
He has led a remarkable life marked by dedication to national service and social welfare. With postgraduate qualifications in five subjects, he excelled academically. His educational journey began at Navodaya Vidyalaya, where he completed his secondary high school and higher secondary education, later assuming the role of patron for the Navodaya Students Organisation.
Despite initially pursuing a government job, Darshan Singh Chaudhary's deep-rooted connection to farming and concern for farmers' welfare led him to redirect his efforts towards advocacy and activism. Inspired by a sense of national duty since childhood, he underwent training in Sangh education classes and held roles such as branch head teacher and block caretaker in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
Remaining unmarried, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to serving the nation and society. His journey of service has seen him ascend from the position of Block President of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh to State Minister. Notably, he founded the Rashtriya Kisan Mazdoor Sangh, bridging the gap between labourers and farmers, and tirelessly fought for farmers' rights, facing imprisonment seven times.
Darshan Singh Chaudhary's activism extended beyond agriculture to education, where he advocated for teachers' rights, leading to four imprisonments. He also served as the honourable patron of the State Teachers Association and facilitated mass model marriages, solemnizing 2200 unions.
Currently, as the State Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha, Darshan Singh Chaudhary has been instrumental in orchestrating district, division, and state-level programs and training camps. Serving as the state coordinator, he has facilitated effective communication between farmers and the government, mediating in various state movements.
Under his leadership, 75,000 farmers have been motivated to adopt cow-based natural farming through the Soil Nutrition Campaign. Moreover, 987 Kisan Sammelans and Kisan Seminar Padyatras have been organized to inform farmers about farmer-friendly schemes of both the Central and State Governments, furthering agricultural progress and welfare initiatives.
