Bhupendrasinh Manubha Chudasama

Bhupendrasinh Manubha Chudasama was born on 13 April 1950 in Gujarat. He pursued higher education in law and public affairs, later building a career that combined legal knowledge, organisational politics, and public service. Over time, he emerged as one of the senior-most BJP leaders in the state.

He joined the Bharatiya Janata Party during its growth phase in Gujarat and became known for his administrative style and organisational discipline. His rise coincided with the BJP’s consolidation as the dominant political force in the state.

He was elected to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly and went on to hold several key ministerial portfolios across successive BJP governments. Over different terms, he handled departments such as Education, Law and Justice, Parliamentary Affairs, Revenue, and Panchayat matters.

During the governments led by Anandiben Patel, Vijay Rupani, and Bhupendra Patel, he remained one of the experienced cabinet faces in Gujarat. His tenure in education and legal administration particularly increased his public visibility.

In later years, he continued to remain politically relevant through party guidance, senior leadership roles, and engagement in Gujarat public affairs.

As of 2026, he continues to be active in public life, maintaining his influence while engaging in party affairs, governance discussions, organisational responsibilities, and broader regional issues.
