Alexander Laloo Hek Biography

Alexander Laloo Hek is an Indian Politician and current Minister in the govt. of Meghalaya. He holds the portfolios of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department, Fisheries Department, Printing & Stationery Department and Secretariat Administration Department since March, 2023. Alexander won the assembly elections twice representing Pynthorumkhrah constituency in 2018 and 2023, respectively. He is associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Hek also served as the Health and Family Welfare Minister and the Leader of BJP Parliamentary Party from 2018 to 2021.
