T S Singh Deo

Tribhuvaneshwar Saran Singh Deo, also known by his initials as T. S. Singh Deo, is an Indian politician from Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. He is the current Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. He also holds the portfolios of Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, 20-Point Program Implementation, and Commercial Taxes (GST).
He is also the current titular Maharaja of Surguja, with headquarters at Ambikapur. He was the last mentor to sit on the throne of Surguja. He is often referred to as "T.S. Baba" in his local constituency.

He is the richest member of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. On the business front, he has shares in Mahamaya Petro Product Product, Ambikapur.

He served as the Leader of the Opposition in 4th Vidhan Sabha of Chhattisgarh. Currently, he is serving as a Cabinet Minister for Health in the Chhattisgarh government. T.S. Singh Deo has been elected from the Ambikapur Assembly Constituency 3 times since 2008, winning by a margin of 39,624 against his BJP opponent Anurag Singh Deo in the most recent 2018 elections.

He has been a very active politician in demonstrating against the BJP government which helped him to bring his party to power with a huge majority in the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha election of 2018. He is a gentle face of Congress in Chhattisgarh. In the assembly elections 2023, TS Singh Deo is again contesting from his constituency Ambikapur.
