Hari Nadar Biography

Born in 1982 in a small village of Tirunelveli, Hari Nadar is self-made actor, film-producer, social worker and politician. He is famous for his love for gold and often seen wearing lots of gold ornaments. He is also the founder of a community based outfit in Tamil Nadu called Panangattu Padai.

He ventured in Kollywood with a film '2k Azhaganathu Kadhal, and shared screen with actress Vanitha Vijayakumar. Politics has been his all time favorite, he contested Tamil Nadu Assembly Election in 2021 from Alangulam constituency in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu as an Independent candidate but couldn't pull it off.

Interesting Facts about Hari Nadar

His nickname is Makkal Vedhan. He is often seen wearing lots of gold ornaments.
In her affidavit submitted to the ECI when he contested Tamil Nadu assembly election in 2021 from Alangulam, he declared that he owns gold worth Rs 4.73 crore. It is said that he takes half an hour to remove entire ornaments from his body.
He is never off the controversies. Recently, he was arrested by Karnataka police for cheating a businessman of Rs 7 Crores allegedly.
