Previously a member of Bharatiya Janata Party Beniwal was suspended after he alleged there was rampant corruption of BJP politicians and their connections with Indian National Congress leaders. He spoke against Rajasthan BJP leaders including Vasundhara Raje and Rajendra Rathore.
