Hamro Sikkim Party (HSP) vice president Ran Bahadur Subba won from Soreong-Chakung (West) in 2009. He was one of the founder members of the Sikkim Democratic Front. He served in as minister of various ministries in the state government. Recently he was sacked from SDF. Now he is planning to come up with a new political party.
