  • 2013 : Archna Chitnis again won from Burhanpur and was inducted in Shivraj Singh's cabinet. She served as Minister of Minister of Women and Child Development.
  • 2008 : She contested from Burhanpur and got elected as an MLA. She defeated Hamid Kazi of Congress Party by the margin of 32854 votes. She served as Education and Minister of Women and Child Development.
  • 2003 : She filed the nomination with the name 'Archna Didi' and won from Nepanagar. She was elected to 12th Vidhan Sabha after defeating Ragunath Chaudhary Alias 'Raghu Dada'. She became Minister for Women and Child Development, Social Welfare, Higher Education, Technical Education and Training, Animal Husbandry, Cow Promotion Board and social justice. Also she became State BJP's spokesperson.
  • 1998 : Archna Nepanagar constituency and lost against INC candidate Raghunath.
  • 1986: She joined started her career as a lecturer of Gujarati in Science College, Indore. She served in several posts like- Treasurer of BJP National Mahila Morcha (11986-2003).

# Establishment of Maharshi Patanjali Sanstrit Sansthan, Ghyanpunj Yojna Ladli Laxmi Yojna,
Gaon ki Beti Yojna,Pratibha Kiran Yojna,Nandi Shala Yojna, under Project Prakash.

# Worked on various techniques in Water Harvesting and increased the ground water lavel upto 200 ft. from 800 ft.

# Plantation of 90 thousand plants under Sanskar Abhiyan.

# Formed Indore Swayamsiddha Mahila Co-operative Bank in co-oprative field.

# Making lot of efforts from the year 2000 to approve Major Project "Tapti Mega Recharge” based on Ground Water Recharge, which will be only sole Pilot Project of world.

# Fellowship of Gandhi Darshan,Ekatm Manav Darsha.
