Faggan Singh Kulaste is an Indian politician. He is a member of parliament, representing the Mandla constituency in the Lok Sabha. Additionally, he serves as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Steel and concurrently as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Rural Development for the Government of India.

Faggan Singh Kulaste, a prominent figure in Indian politics, represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh under the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) banner. Born on May 18, 1959, in Barbati, Mandla district, to Shobhan Singh Kulaste and Hero Bai, he has been married to Savitri Kulaste, with whom he shares four children.

In the 2019 Parliamentary elections, Kulaste secured victory from the Mandla Lok Sabha seat, subsequently assuming the role of Minister of Steel. Presently, he holds dual roles as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Steel and the Ministry of Rural Development for the Government of India.

With a political career spanning decades, Kulaste has served as the Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare and was a member of the 16th Lok Sabha from 2014 to 2019. His commitment extends beyond politics, as he is deeply involved in advancing education and public health, establishing educational institutions to provide free education to underprivileged sections of society.

Moreover, Kulaste actively promotes tribal culture and welfare, founding committees to preserve cultural activities and establishing initiatives like the Babalia Development Block for Adivasi upliftment and education. Beyond his social endeavours, he enjoys sports like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Archery, Basketball, and High Jump, having represented at the University and State levels in various competitions.
