Vaibhav Naik is a Shiv Sena (UBT) politician from the Sindhudurg district in Maharashtra.

He first won the election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Kudal constituency in the Konkan region in 2014. In this election, he notably defeated the then Industries Minister, Narayan Rane, by a margin of 10,376 votes. He was re-elected in 2019 to continue representing Kudal as a member of the Shiv Sena.
