Known for his impeccable work, Kharat has held various positions throughout his career, from Ministerial Room Officer to Joint Secretary, and served as Personal Assistant (PA) and Private Secretary (PS) to multiple ministers at both the state and central levels. After three decades of dedicated service, he has opted for voluntary retirement (VRS), effective from 1st July 2024.
