Dilip Kumar Paul Biography

Dilip Kumar Paul is an Indian politician who is the current Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly. He is a BJP leader and was elected to the assembly from the Silchar constituency twice. Once in by-election against congress leader Arun Mazumder and another against senior congress leader Bhitika Dev wife of former union minister Sontosh Mohan Dev. He completed his B.Com Passed from G.C.College Silchar in 1977 from Guwahati University.
