She frequently makes frivolous and outlandish claims, that veer towards the absurd. She once proclaimed cow urine cures cancer, although she had to undergo two surgeries to cure her alleged cancer. She was nominated by BJP to contest in the Lok Sabha polls from Bhopal where she was pitted against Congress candidate Digvijay Singh. She won the seat by a margin of 40,000 votes.
